スキンケア、ベースメーク、メークアップ、インナービューティ、ヘルスなど美容に関する取材、執筆を中心に活動。
雑誌のほか、ウェブでの取材やコメント、メーカーのホームページ、リリースなどの作成に携わることも。
また、４３歳での高齢出産を体験。ベビー、ベビー＆ママ、プレママに関するビューティ企画にも力を入れていく予定。
美容の仕事ではないが、余談ながら学生時代に芝居をしていた関係で、劇評や芝居関係のインタビューをやることも。
2012年チャイルドボディセラピスト１級取得。

リリース作成・販促用ツールの制作、コスメ開発のコンサルティングやマーケティングのアドバイザー、イベントやトークショーへの出演、雑誌・広告への寄稿などを行っています。
